Buying process

     Reserve a plot and pay 10% deposit at exchange of contracts

     Deposits are held in an escrow account until completion approximately 1 month later, whereupon the balance and costs are due and monies will be transferred to S&W Consultants, Ltd., assignee in the Bahamas.

     After exchange of contracts, buyers must apply for a police clearance which will take up to 30 days. It is a requirement of the Bahamas that all investors submit a clear police record, bank reference and character reference
